I understand that users are responsible for bringing their own linens and food, that food must be properly stored in coolers, and that users may cook over a fire in the designated fire ring or bring camp stoves.

I understand that this reservation is not final until a deposit has been paid and Camp Fire Camp Toccoa has confirmed. I agree that if our groups needs change from the initial event booking to the requested dates of our
event, I will notify the Camp Fire Camp Toccoa office promptly so that the necessary preparations can be made.

I understand that each participant/guardian thereof must fill out and submit a waiver form before participating in Camp Toccoa’s Facility User Group.
